Camps will be offered in the Spring of 2008. Our 1st camp of 2008 will
be held March 8-9th in AUSTIN, TEXAS

CAMP
ITINERARY:
SATURDAY
7:45-9:00 Check-in
9:00-9:30 Warm Up- Line drills for warm up. High knees, d-slides, run
backwards, lunges, bear crawls
9:30-11:10 Station Work
25 min. per station ( 4 stations)
11:15-12:15 Lunch
12:15-2:05 Station Work- 25 min. per station ( 4 stations)
2:05-2:25 Snack Break
2:25-4:00 3 on 3 controlled
scrimmage
Work on all applications from
stations
2:30-2:55- Pick & Roll, 3
dribble max
3:00-3:30- Strong side
dive/ Weak side fill to high post, 2 dribble max
3:35-4:00- Screen away,
Curl cut, NO dribble
4:00-4:45 Dinner
Break-divide into teams
4:45-6:30 GAMES
SUNDAY
8:00-9:00 Warm UP- line drills, continuous fast-break drills,
9:00-11:30 3 on 3 Tourney
11:30-12:30 LUNCH
12:30-1:00 Dunk contest & 3pt shooting
1:00-4:00 GAMES
4:00-4:30 AWARDS
STATIONS: 25 min. both hands/sides

STATIONS 1.
COMBINE: Back gym, skills evaluation
2. COMBINE: Back gym, strength development drills
3. POST MOVES: Drop step/jump hook, Drop step/spin/jump hook, Sikma-
step back
4. BALLHANDLING: Lay-up drills: inside out, inside out/cross, inside
out/behind back/step back
5. SHOOTING: Inside toe/shoulder square up, Jab/Rock/Push,
Jab/Rock/Spin, Cross-Over
6. PICK & ROLL: Attack screen with a cross over, make sure wait on
screens, 2 dribbles/all way to basket,1 dribble/shot, 1 dribble/hit roll

7. REBOUNDING: Turn & block out, see ball, Offensive boarding, swim
move/up and under
8. SCREENING & WING/POST DENY: Screen and open to ball, Straight cut,
curl cut, fade cut. Defense deny on wing and post

Eligible boys players from 5th to 12th Grade. Top
players will be on hand, so you can see where you stack up!

Each player will receive a quality uniform to keep.
Each player will receive a pair of Nike basketball
shoes. Texas Roundball
will be on hand to evaluate and rank players.
