Starting on varsity as a freshman, Jacolby was Second Team All District & All South Texas honorable mention.

As a sophomore Jacolby was First Team All District and 3rd Team All South Texas as well as District Sophomore of the Year.

As a junior Jacolby averaged 18 points per game and in addition to being All District, was also MVP of the District.
